Starting tonight, you should start receiving your nightly e-mail reports again. Tonight’s e-mail reports will be accurate as of 10:30am MST this morning. We have put in place new features of the Twitter API that should allow us to run more frequently, and with much more accurate results. In addition, we’ve put in place measures that should keep those that change their Twitter username from inaccurately re-appearing on your list of follows and/or unfollows. We have also put in safeguards that should make sending an auto-reply to any particular user more than once completely impossible.
As with all apps now on the Twitter platform, we are still subject to rate limits on the number of times we can request from the Twitter API, and because of that, your “last tweet” will not be 100% accurate, but it is a good estimate, and should be able to help you look through your Tweets around that time to verify what you were talking about.
Auto follow/unfollow, and auto-dm have all been working for most of the day now, so you should be back to normal. If you continue to see any issues, as always, don’t hesitate to contact us at contact@socialtoo.com.

hrm, since you've “been back” I've only received one email – yesterday – that contained any data.
Shannon, we had some issues with accounts that had not provided a Twitter
password to just get the e-mail. That was fixed yesterday and now those
should be working as well.

I'm having lots of problems with Socialtoo… In the last week, I've had over 300 ppl follow me and I DID have and still have auto-follow turned off but for some reason, Socialtoo nevertheless auto-followed them! Now I have to weed my Twitter garden manually and very painfully to get rid of all these new followers.
Further, it is auto-DMing people when I have that set to off!
It really is messing up my Twitter life and I have no idea what to do?

Hyblis, have you ever been a member of TweetLater by chance? They recently
enabled autofollow for their users without user opt-in. If you have those
features turned off it should not be following on SocialToo.
There still seems to be a problem as for the past last two days, SocialToo's email incorrectly reported no new followers while there were quite a few.
I do use auto following but it doesn't do its job since ~4 days. All new followers are not auto-followed. Also it doesn't tell me the “Last Tweet detected at time of follow” and in the last email it didn't detect any new follower although I had some.

Hi, don't get the email every day and in all emails since your are “back” is no info about the last tweet (field is always empty).
It's to bad, because it is a very interesting and good service and it would be very nice, if this could work like in the past..
