Update On Stats and Following Issues
We’ve finally got most of our infrastructure in place to make your stats even more accurate, and to allow us to scale much more moving forward. At the moment, we’re now experiencing some issues communicating with Twitter, so you may still see some inaccuracies. We are working with Twitter on the issues, and hope to have this resolved shortly. After that we should be working better than ever!
We’ll update this blog when we’ve confirmed all is in full working order again and the problems with Twitter are fixed.

I really hope you're able to get this straightened out, Jesse. I started using your competitor after getting NO SocialToo emails (or actions) for one of my accounts for multiple days and getting a series of “0 follows and 0 unfollows” notifications for my primary one. I really like your service, but this has been a roller-coaster ride.

Carl, FWIW, I think any service that hits the users and traffic we're seeing
will eventually experience this. We're just going through some growing pains
right now and I think our infrastructure is finally in place to allow us to
scale. Now we're just waiting on Twitter to fix their infrastructure. As
soon as that's fixed we'll definitely let you know, but I think even now
you'll probably start seeing much better results.
Regarding your 0 results and no e-mails, give it a try again. I think
you'll start seeing data again. If not please let me know. I read each and
every support e-mail.

First of all it is very unlikely that an @reply will cause anyone to follow me, so you might want to de-weight those when voodooing up my “successful tweets”. Similar if someone unfollows me and the @reply wasn't directed at them.

I see no updates yet and it is April 9th! I gave the OK yesterday to remove the Twitter IDs I follow that do not follow me back. I know from FrindorFollow.com that there are over 2,000 of those. When is it going to happen?

Richard, unfortunately Twitter iss still having major problems. Their API
is running extremely slow, which means it takes a lot longer to process
20,000 users. Twitter made mention on their blog today that this is now one
of their top priorities so we hope it gets fixed soon. Everyone will be
processed. It's just taking a *lot* longer than usual to process everyone
than it normally does. I'll keep you updated here, via the @socialtoo user
on Twitter, and we'll also be sending out e-mails to our users shortly to
update you on this. Please stay tuned, and we really appreciate everyone's
patience! We're as frustrated as everyone else!

Jim, if you haven't received the e-mail at all, it is probably going to your
spam folder, or your e-mail address on file with us is wrong. If it's not
in your spam folder try changing your e-mail address and you should start
getting them again.

Nothing in spam folder, I even have a rule set up for SocialToo. I changed my email address yesterday. This afternoon I finally received an email report – however it stated I had no follows or unfollows – which I know to be incorrect.
I'll monitor the situation over the next few days, but it's a rather disappointing situation.
